1999. – graduated Saint Petersburg Academy of Art & Design, as a Textile Designer.

1999 – 2002. – Post-graduate course of Saint Petersburg Academy of Art & Design.

 

2006. Prize of competition "Japan Textile Contest 2006" for the decorative fabric "Winter Sky" (Ichinomiya, Tokyo, Japan).

 2005. Prize of competition "Japan Textile Contest 2005" for the decorative fabric "The Night Sea" (Ichinomiya, Tokyo, Japan).

 2004. Honorable mention of competition "Japan Textile Contest 2004" for the decorative fabric "Is spring coming?" (Ichinomiya, Tokyo, Japan).

 1999. Prize of the competition "Muses of Saint-Petersburg" for the triptych "Tapestry Remake" (Saint-Petersburg, Russia).

Natalia Tsvetkova works on the hand loom and makes tapestries. She embodies in textile her own impressions & tries to show their fragility and transitory. Natalia’s works there are in galleries, public interiors & private collections of Russia, Japan, Finland, Switzerland, Sweden, England, America, Canada. Her textile designs are used in factory production.
